Criminally Absurd
A 12-year-old Siloam Springs, Arkansas boy has been has been convicted of a felony terrorist act for shooting the windows of three school buses.

In August, windows in three Siloam Springs school buses were hit as the buses drove from the high school to the middle school to pick up students.
Police arrested the 12-year-old boy who told authorities he had been shooting his BB gun at aluminum cans in a tree across from his house.
Judge Jay Ginch sentenced the boy to six months of supervised probation.
"Convicted of a felony terrorist act." WTF!

rafuzo, dawg, this is the kinda shit that awiggins was referring to earlier. this dumbass punk kid should have to pay to fix the buses, not be convicted of a felony terrorist act! why not convict him of being a communist agent? was this ruling something the judge handed down, or some sort of "mandatory" sentence handed down by the USA PATRIOT Act?
