When the killer robots seize power, we'll all know who to thank, or Skynet mark I
The Reg is reporting that DARPA, the folks that helped Al Gore to bring you the internet, is trying to outfit Segways to be killer robots. Dubbed the Segway Robotic Military Platform (SRMP), The official project page is here. If successful, the SRMP promises to be the first useful application of the Segway system since it's introduction several years ago.
