Shades Of Ghostbusters II: Black Ooze Eating LA

In one of the crazier stories I have ever heard, a hot black ooze was seeping out of manholes and sewers in downtown Los Angeles earlier this week. Residents of the area had to be evacuated. While officials suggested that this may be a result of water being sent through old oil wells (the area was built on an old oil field), speculation abounds as to what the heck is going on over there. So far no sightings of turtles with human- like qualities and martial arts skills have been reported.
